Today i just got my plans ruined by something i couldnt control and now im obligated to WAIT and FAKE for about another month (or more).

wait to do something that feels like a SH urge to me

and fake, meaning pretend with everyone all is well with me and never talk about anything that is troubling me with anyone.

it looks like it will be a hell of a month.

i got to make it for a few months up to now. i thought it was time to relax now and instead im asked to wait and fake for another month. i dont know if i have the energies, the strength and even the will to keep doing this for a whole another month (and maybe more).

how can i cope and deal with it?

anyone can help please?

I would be as self indulgent as possible. Mortadella sandwiches for lunch every day.

Wow, very sorry about that Sinking. Things like that are really difficult to deal with, yes.

Do you have a trusted person you can open up to and express how you feel? Someone you can sort of lean on?

Also, utilize whatever online resources [of which PC is obviously one of them] as much as possible. And distractive activities/hobbies no matter how seemingly irrelevant they may be, can take the mind away from the self for x-amount of time.

What about your doctor? My one's actually a pretty empathetic guy - costs money though.

And there's, reading posts or material about people trying to cope through the exact same things as you, I've found, has a kind of therapeutic effect...

Don't you worry, friend. Hang in there, believe, because you're gonna make it.

Thank you for your support. no Mickey, its not about corona but it made it worse.

anyway, im finding the first advise very helpful. i know its not good for me to binge-eating but it helps a bit. self indulging… needed to choose between the lesser evil…

at least now im seeing the end of it and its so much better...

I had salami and capicola myself that day, and i was thinking of you! I never get that, i always get turkey, or sometimes roast beef. But this time i said, what am i waiting for? One time, i can order this. It was delicious!

wait and fake????
i would just complain to family member then shut my mouth up outside public including work.

if family member unavailable i would probably vent via journaling then destroy later.
