I was diagnosed with a "conversion disorder, non-electrical seizures" in 2011, which seems to me to have resulted from multiple traumatic stresses over a long period of time (sort of like PTSD without the P). I'm currently in end-stage emphysema and anticipate problems with the "conversion" symptoms when I'm in assisted living causing huge care costs or even the possibility of not being able to stay there.

I don't have Medicaid, am not on Disability Pay, and make too much money on Social Security Retirement Pay and a small Federal pension to get it now. Does anybody know of any studies in either conversion or PTSD that provide long-term care (max of 2 years) as pay? Since I don't have a significant other and most people do, I thought possibly there might be an opening somewhere.
