I am 28 y/o, and I have a brain injury that I obtained in 2008 when I was 15 y/o. I am sorry to say, because I am still trying to figure it out myself. If you ever want to vent, vhat, or discuss anything, please send me a message.

Welcome to Psych Central, crystalstar. You mentioned living with a brain injury. I've often thought, given what we know about concussions nowadays, that I must have some brain damage as well although mine would be something that developed over a period of years rather than an injury that occurred in a single incident. For almost all of my life I've had difficulty with anger management. And I suspect the two are related. Anyway... I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
