I am really sick and tired of hearing myself vent...don't even wanna touch on the issues right now. I'm getting the courage to talk honestly about it in therapy, and I have so much anger that just isn't going away yet. It helps having a laugh with mates too, but I just can't vent anymore.
Some things that help me get centred are journaling, and writing fiction, singing, dancing, and walking up hills. I'm just at the end of my tether. (I'm not using food, drink, substances or ahem...behaviours to "feel better"...I've done all that in the past and it is not good for me at all) Does anyone have any things that they do to get out of a big strop!? |

Dear KBMK,
I like taking long-distance train trips. I usually get a private room on the train and just sit and enjoy the passing scenery. Where I live, if you get a room on the train, all meals in the dining car are free. The food is very delicious. And I like the adventure of it all. It sounds like you have many enjoyable hobbies. Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |

I walk (can't run anymore) and listen to music. Therapeutic and allows me to "vent" in my head without any external bothers
