Hello friends,
As we all know that in now a days stress has become a day to day affair. Stress is causing so many threats and dangers to health and wealth as well. Everyday we found many suicide across the globe due to fear of stress. Stress is really a serious danger to each and everybody. I think everybody feels stress at any time anywhere and anyhow. It's a fact , no one is totally free from stress. Doctors and specialists suggests many things for overcoming the stress. I think their is no medicine for stress . Only psychological treatment can get rid of stress and fear. Can you suggest me guys please

Welcome to PC, kapilgigi! I agree with everything you said. And well said! I think meditation can be helpful. And uplifting & beautiful music. And inspirational quotes. And talking with a friend. Talking here, too.
I'm glad you joined us. Best wishes to you!!
