My doctor prescribed the tablets as I had a deficiency. Iím not sure how much difference Iíve noticed but Iíve not been very well otherwise.

Yes.
Mood wise,about the same.
Sometimes, the brain it the problem.
I take care of myself to the tee.....and still suffer.
