I tried it for a few months, but didn't really feel that it had much affect for depression. It's also one of the more expensive supplements.

Yeah it costs about what a medication copay would cost. I’ve been taking it for ten days and I feel a little better. Could be a placebo effect. Time will tell I hope.

If it seems to be helping, give it a while (at least the supply you have) and see how it goes. Placebo or not, if you feel better, then you feel better...

never tried it, but researched it, out of curiosity. if it helps...awesome. do be aware of mood de-stabilization, if that's an issue for you. good luck.

Didn't do anything for me. I was expecting to feel better, but did not, so there wasn't even any placebo effect.
