So I was talking to my mom recently, and in addition to various vitamins and supplements, she suggested essential oils as well. I am unfamiliar with the concept.

Anyone here having any experience in this?

Hi.

I use essential oils for help with calming and centering anxiety/panic, grounding myself and clearing my mind.

I’m not sure if those are things that you are looking for help with.

If it would be helpful to you, I can share the oils with you that I use and their benefits.
