I used to take Risperidone and read somewhere that taking Fish Oil supplement along with it has benefits. Now I'm taking Seroquel instead. I still take Fish Oil at night (if I didn't consume enough omega 3 in food that day) along with Seroquel.

I was wondering what and if there is an added benefit of taking fish oil along with an anti-psychotic or is it just with Risperidone. Anyway I would continue taking fish oil for other benefits.

One such benefit is the much less muscle/joint pain or fatigue after working out / jogging.

Taking fish oil in general has benefits, but remember, always in moderation and always choose a high quality source. Check out labdoor for 3rd party tested supplements: Top 10 Fish Oil Supplements
