It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. They had to lower the intensity from what they tried at first because it was too uncomfortable. They said they'd increase the intensity over the next couple of days.

The 2nd treatment wasn't so good. It was really uncomfortable, and they still don't have it at the intensity that they want.

I didn't think I would get used to it, but after three or four sessions, it became . . . bearable at the goal intensity. Just finished my 24th or 25th session. I distract myself with Netflix and occasional talks with the tech.
