This book found me on my FB feed and I ordered it. It’s actually free, just pay shipping. My counselor introduced tapping to me around a year ago. I did feel some reaction while tapping on the different accu points. I put it on the back burner and really didn’t pursue it further.
This book caught my attention and I was curious about it again. I have only gotten through the first couple of chapters and it’s really interesting and explains the process. I was curious if anyone has used tapping to work through triggers and processing emotions in those triggered places. __________________ "What is denied, cannot be healed." - Brennan Manning "Hope knows that if great trials are avoided, great deeds remain undone and the possibility of growth into greatness of soul is aborted." - Brennan Manning |

Yes, I have. I found it helpful in solving specific problems and issues, but as far as it helping my mania or depression, I don't think it did.
