At my house we have 5 dogs (only 2 are my family's. The others are my cousins and grandparents who live with us too) 20 chickens and a duck. 4 goats, two cats, a cow, and two pigs.

All my animal's are a lot of fun although some of them taste good too

Finn's adoptaversary is in two weeks.

Finn was a rescue, found by animal control running stray in the frigid cold. His feet were damaged and it was thought at the time his ears were too. He is a happy dog but timid around others. I would really like to know his history. We can't imagine being without him which leads us to question why his previous owner never went looking for him.

What pet do you have?....

He's adorable. Thank you for sharing. Possible he was a normal energetic dog, but many families adopt without understanding the true responsibility of owning a dog. They are like a new family member that need lots of love, attention and care. It is also not so easy to return a dog. Mine was returned to the shelter where I found her. She couldn't handle being enclosed and often found ways to escape, just to run around and play, not to create mischief. I am grateful she found her way into my life and for all the support I had when adopting her

Finn is is absolutely adorable!
I have eight cats – hell yes because my mother loves cats very much –, including a kitten who had a head injury. Now he's fine! One of my cats left recently (no old age, he just wanted to leave home suddenly), and it's painful. It's okay.

I have 2 Miniature Dapple Dachshunds.
What would I do without them? So precious to me.
Sweet, loyal, affectionate, adorable and always want to be with me no matter what state I’m in. They love unconditionally!

My 4 legs good friend is a Border Collie. She has David Bowie eyes. She is rescue, Black Tag and was caged for breeding for 3 years. We are travelling from wild to cool, calm and collected, but it's tricky.

I voted -

I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, so dog.
I have a Scottish Fold Munchkin, so cat.
I have a miniature pig, which was not an option to vote for.

I would love to have a bird or a snake (and I would insist it slept in my bed at night), but I am absolutely adamant against animals living in cages. I won't even have fish. I would rather admire them in their natural habitat.

Just the one rescue cat. Sir Lawrence, knight of the crescent moon. He's a blue mut, but lovable and dignified. He quite likes his house and rules with a soft paw.
