I have three rescue dogs and one rescue cat. They didn't come from shelters, but instead showed up at my rural house looking quite the worse for wear at different times. Faith was the first and I thank her often for choosing me. Molly came two years ago...pregnant with 6 puppies she birthed 3 weeks after arriving! I kept one of the puppies and a shelter graciously adopted out the other 5. Whew!! Hershey will be two years old in July. Mia is my farm cat. She lives in the house and has proven to be a good mouser here in the country. They all make my life so much richer.

My girl Ginger is my funny, playful 10 y.o. Lhasa Apso that was re-homed from a family with small children that she nipped at. I'm so glad I found her and gave her a new home filled with love! She really helps me stabilize my moods, getting me out of the house when I just want to sit.

Love my two cats. They bring so much joy to my life. I never thought I would be a cat person.
