my cat Austin is missing! the last time I saw him was two days before his 5th birthday, which was May 20th!!!

I know being on a farm that things happen and there are wild animals around. but Austin is special cuz I've been with him since the day he was born!! in fact, he was actually born at my place. and a year & a half ago when my other two cats disappeared, it was just me and him for 2 full months! talk about special bonding!!!! (I did find and get two kittens at that time, whom I still have now)

but Austin has never been gone this long before and I'm getting super worried. he's basically my kid! so it's like losing a 5yo!! i'm just devastated. I'm trying to stay positive, but I just miss him so much.......

I'm so sorry. I hope Austin will return at some point. One of our cats went missing, and was gone for probably about three weeks. Come to find out, she had gotten stuck under the neighbor's kayak! She was skin and bones when we got her back, but she fattened up and lived for a good while longer. So, I hope your baby will do the same.

I had a cat that was gone once for a couple of months. Turned out she was hanging out at a neighbor's, I guess getting a better deal (they were putting food out for strays). They cut her off, she showed back up. Maybe it will be something like that Hugs.

Oh jrae, it's so hard when one of our furry babies goes missing. I hope Austin comes home soon.
