Hi cici: May I suggest you might consider sending Christina a Personal Message to inquire with regard to this?

Default keeping things in balance-your way

Isn’t the key to eating issues about keeping things in yr life balanced?
The times I have my wt under control are when my life works. I have a job that fits, a good friend, enjoyable leisure time, a pet to nurture, and minimal toxic influences. ESP w bipolar mixed w rapid cycling and gad, maintaining balance is vital and I really work at it.
