this week's been an okay week.

actually, I have been quite lazy and not getting rid of some rubbish on my shelf (and I use that shelf to put my bags of candy on when I eat them though), I have been eating biscuits though- which I'm running out of.

on wednesday (halloween night), I did have a party food thing- and tonight I'm having KFC

Went grocery shopping and bought snacks and ate too many. I tend to eat the most on the days I go grocery shopping.

I started a weight loss and behavioral change program this week called Noom. It's very interesting. The same old stuff is there like food tracking and exercise tracking, but each day you check in with a coach and each day there are 2 to 3 short articles to read about the psychology of eating and triggers. I've been doing it for about a week and I do feel things shifting a bit.

Was a little michie at the end of the day today but at least stayed within my calorie budget, even with a minor episode of overeating. At least I was in control enough to make healthy binge choice and snack on fruit and rice crackers, lol.

My 1 yr anniversary of keeping a purge log is the end of this month. I want to stop the cycle. First I am going to stop purging. Then hopefully my binge eating will taper off. I really don't know what to do. Adding fasting to my cycle has made things worse I think.

I've tried not to overeat as much this week.

however: my problem's been that my main meals not filling enough so when I go back after dinner I have to.

but it's no where near as bad as it sometimes is.

just wondering how I'm going to do over christmas

I am one of those people who will eat anything at christmas time. probably the worst time for my overeating since their is so much on offer.

I wish I knew the reason why I feel it necessary to spoil my main meals

I have had an okay day today- my advent calendar chocolate, fruit for breakfast and a few snacks, (maybe 2 bags of chips), but now I know I have a proper meal coming up- I want to eat more snack food

like I'm trying to stop myself from eating it and enjoying it- the actual meal I mean.
