I have invested in a big house and I am working on it full time to make a profit on the sale. I have relationship issues that I am dealing with and I am now alone in this venture.

I am unmotivated and lazy and I eat out of boredom.

I need to set a schedule and live like I have a full time job.

I'm having trouble doing this.

Hi Falo!

Welcome to PC!

I have also been having some difficulties adhering to a daily schedule. When I am in this mode (depression), I also eat poorly.

I have found some help with daily motivation by reading, often joining in on, the Depression Forum's "Accountability" thread.

Just thought I'd mention it. Everyone is welcomed to join in.

I hope you find a way to get your daily schedule together. Working on a house seems quite exciting!
