Frown Emotional eating...

Iím eating a lot today because I canít find a place with section 8 and I only have until June. It takes a month to go through the process and I thought I had something but it was fake. Itís too stressful and I jut ont want to deal with it anymore. 😥 I donít know why I wrote but I just wanted to express it.

It's October now but I hope something came through for you. I too struggle with emotional eating. Every day is a challenge. I see a diet coach and am on ww. Just to regain control and lose weight. I'm down 22 lbs so far 110 to go.
