I work and prepare ALL my food on the weekend, but I love cooking and it is a relaxing, meditative, and nurturing activity for me, so I am not going to say that you can do it too - we tent to do what we like and if you did not like cooking, then of course eventually you would stop. Still, if you want, I can supply techniques, ideas and recipes to create a highly varied and extremely healthy rotation of meals (with lots of healthy fat) that you can prepare at home.
