Being a multiple...everyone thinks that they wants their turn at eating. If we go to a burger shop and order a chicken sandwich, the littles want their own cheeseburger, or chicken nuggets or tenders...anything of not we are ordering.
Then the guys think that they have to eat much for energy to work....but we girls want to lose weight and eat only vegetables and low-cal. So we maintain a steady 200 as we offset weight gain and weight loss. We want to weigh less, say another 10-20 lbs less, but I think that we gained 5 this week. This is our ongoing struggle. |

Obtw, our mother is taking us out to an all you can eat Chinese food buffet....we’re gonna try again next week.

Yes, it's a struggle! Having binge eating disorder is hard enough for one person let alone a whole bunch. Best wishes to you.
