Does anyone else ever get these?
I get migraines after I binge (mainly if I binge on sweets). I'm much better now with not binging (or not to the extent that I used to) but it almost seems as if it take less to bring on the migraine. Bilateral pain, ebbs and flows, crushes my mood, and at its worst will lead to 'productive' nausea. I read up on migraines and I've just never come across any place where it explains it like I have. Nothing about a link between sweet consumption and disabling migraines. It would be nice just to know that I'm not the only one.... there's some fear in the apparent uniqueness of it. Thanks |

Nuts... chocolate... Dairy... There are a number of things that can trigger migraines, esp if you are binge eating too much of it. Caffeine helps but too much causes a rebound headache too.
I would recommend reading about food triggers and avoid those foods. I know if I eat too many trigger foods before my menstrual, I'm suffering for days! Purging makes it worse too. |
