I've been super stressed with everything lately, realizing I have some sort of ED im asking through this thread for a help buddy. I'm talking about mutuality when it comes to this, if you need someone to stop you from overeating and stress eating then I'll be there to comfort, and im asking for the same help. I'm an open person, I never judge, I love to help more than judge, so if you judge more than you help, please don't bother. Thank you for listening, stay safe!

I have the same problem. I just looked up the closest SPROUTS produce store and they have some good prices. I tend to snack on carbs and my gym is closed for water aerobics (a lifesaver). Ive been walking the poor pooch about a mile every am, which I shouldnt be doing on my bad knee.
I have only two chapters to go on the children's book Im writing, which has been a great project since its about my grandkids visiting Grand Canyon and I read a chapter to them every week. It will be sort of jarring to write about a different National Park, but Ill just have to do it. Yellowstone would be a great choice. I get along better with animals than people , so I write animals in prominently. The environmental aspect is uplifting. Met the people from the Grand Canyon Wolf Recovery Project.
Getting cabin fever! Hugs, people!
