So I think I have Paranoid personality disorder I have never been diagnosed with it or anything like that. I decided to do research about 2 years ago on various mental health issues to try and self diagnose since I'm terrified of going to see therapist. I came across Paranoid Personality disorder on Wikipedia and while reading about it I discovered I had virtually all the symptoms which surprised me considering I didn't think I was paranoid or anything like that. Lately I've become aware of some of the things I do like not being able to stand in front of someone or constantly feeling that I am being watched and I decided to do more research I discovered a lot of online tests that I took all of which said I had very high risk of having paranoid personality disorder along with a variety of other personality disorders. I was just wondering if there was anyone here who knew what the treatment was? Or who have had similar experiences?

There is a forum here for treatments and medications used for mental health issues. You might want to go there and see what you can find out.

I am also in the generalized paranoia boat. Though, based on your post we may be a bit different. I constantly feel like I am being watched. Today (with some effort) I have begun posting for the first time on the site(or any) i usually cannot bring myself to hit the dreaded "post" button because they are watching. I wonder if we share any experiences?

I have traits of PPD. I feel watched, not that im paranoid in the sense of being followed and spied, its more that Im very afraid i do sth wrong and people critisize me for that.

It seems that schema therapy is considered as a good therapy and also imagination sessions.
