Default Paranoid about getting raped again

I got raped about a year ago by someone whom I thought as a friend, so to say I've been betrayed, and now thinking "I'm going to get raped again". Please help me get rid of this very disruptive thought of mine.

Hi.

I'm really sorry that happened to you and I think it's pretty natural to worry about it happening again.

Are you in therapy to deal with the rape? That would probably be the best thing to do.

I've stopped seeing a therapist since last Summer. Back then, I didn't have this thought of mine.

Maybe it's time to go back again since the thought started since then? It's possible you could develop PTSD,or maybe even already have, from what you went through,so it's best to seek professional help with something like this. It's not as simple as just wishing the thought away(although I wish it could work that way).
