One of the diagnoses that my husband got was BPD, and it wasn't untilhe was in his 40's that he was diagnosed with it. This was back around 2015 and they say it's supposed to get easier dealing with the symptoms with time, but the symptoms seem to get worse.

Going to see someone has its pros and cons. Mostly cons due to the fact that he has anxiety and PTSD that keeps him from going in. Also the fact that we don't have money or health insurance either. We're in a transitional period with jobs, housing, etc. So it's been a rough road this past summer in particular.

I'm not sure where things are going to take us and quite frankly I'm kind of scared...........

There are some good books you guys might be able to read. YouTube videos to watch. Journaling. You guys can talk things through. Hubby and friends have sometimes been my counselors and sometimes I’ve even been a counselor to myself. Best of luck to you. ❤️

Therapy is so important, once or twice a week. I hope you can find someone.

I would love therapy, but it out of our reach, at the moment, due to extenuating circumstances. That and he has some PTSD issues regarding therapists he's had in the past. One of which, due to us being on the low income side, and most therapists who deal with this particular demographic, are so heavily loaded with cases, are rushed to give the care necessary.

Then I like the book approach, too. Do you mean borderline personality disorder or bipolar?
