My friend wanted a car of any kind and now after getting this car she don't want it and she crying after only 8 hours of having car.. This has to be related to Bi-polar?

Well maybe she is realizing it’s not a good idea to drive ? I think you said something about it being a rental car ? Just take it back.

Not every action is Bipolar.. she can want a car then not , she can be angry or sad or irritated , every emotion under the sun and it have nothing to do with Bipolar.

From what you have shared I think she is highly unstable but only she can decide to be responsible... find treatment and take medications.
