Started 5 years ago, in late 2015, my dad started crying one day and says he found some "memories", he started to tell us(me, my older sister and mother) that he's a powerful spiritual being, in his past life he was Gengis Khan or Cleopatra's husband, he claims he's a god, and that he belongs in the highest level of heaven and that bad people (in a different dimension) are always trying to hurt him cause he's oh so important. He starts looking at people in the TV and online and saying that's my child, or that's my sister's child in a past life. All of a sudden I'm a 13-year-old with a 60-year-old grandson. He keeps a whole folder in his phone with pictures of strangers, Hella creepy. He also Loves to argue really badly with my mother, he says things like her name/blood/spirit is lowly/tainted cause her mother has abandoned her to be adopted. He hated the fact that he couldn't get a job until my mother helped him get one (inferiority complex much?) and constantly argues with her over it. He says he'll kill her and that he'll kill us. fast forward to 5 years(since the past few years he's been doing pretty much the same thing over and over again). I'm 18 and I developed mild depression symptoms due to HIM and school stress. At a certain point he argued with me over my rebellious attitude, which to be fair, was true since I started to hate looking at him, I'd hold my breath around him to not breathe in the same air as his crazy ***. And he doesn't like the fact that I debunk his supernatural powers with science, I told him he has a mental disorder and that he reaaaally needs to get it checked, he refuses and continues the claim that we just don't believe him and that we are just not accepting this GRAND power upon us. I hated the fact that his *** wasn't accepting of my condition and that he needs help for the sake of his children, he'd claim my depression isn't real or that its for attention,
Possible trigger:

and he says its ok to die since he doesn't need us, he has 'children' all over the world in more important positions(i.e Obama, trump and some weird politicians) and I'm not doing the "mission" i "came down to earth" for so he doesn't need us. He repeats this cycle of arguing, coming into my room at night to apologise saying he wont do it again, AND CONTINUES TO DO IT AGAIN.

I think that is really scary and you have a right to be concerned. What are your plans now that you are 18? Are you still in school?

Hi, Donutady, and welcome to Psych Central! Since he's become a danger to himself or others, then you can have him put in a mental hospital. But nobody will be able to get him out of his delusions.

I'm so sorry he's this way.

Meanwhile, since you're 18, you can seek help for yourself. Do you have any personal money? A job?

Please don't let his problems get you down. If I were you, I'd stay away from him as much as possible .
