In cubhood, abusers loved to punish me with silence. They also beat me and banished me, labelled and blamed me for every tiny mistake. I was too tall, too fat, I was the wrong colour bear.... and still I’m wrong. There isn’t anything about me that hasn’t been slandered. And I’m here alone, in the silence created by my stupidity .... the Power of the abusers .... their power to hate me, to control me and to silence me

It truly was my fault for being born such a sick and unwanted cub

((Fuzzybear)) it sounds like you are having a hard time with "self love and self acceptance"? You healing means finding your way to recognize that your parents were individuals who parented badly and it never meant you did not deserve to be loved.
