Hello, i really dont know if i have Post traumatic stress disorder (i dont think so) but i had a severe early childhood trauma which led mostly to emtional numbness and psychosis. I do not know how to resolve a early childhood trauma. Any Advice?

Have you attempted therapy at all? Just wondering. I'm not sure how one would resolve trauma without the assistance of a trained outside source. I heavily rely on my therapist to help me reframe what happened and normalize my response.
