I took a PTSD test that show I possibly have it. I believe that I have it because of the toxic environmental I grew up in and the bullying that took place verbally and online.

I am not a fan of online tests for mental illness, especially one as pervasive as PTSD. If you experienced life changing trauma of any kind I believe you can have ptsd no matter what some internet test says.

Yikes... It was not just a test in my case... I saw a
three forensic Psychologists.... they interviewed every teacher I had from first grade to 12th grade.... I took all kinds of tests.. it took months of this,, I was not at the point of talking about my childhood at this point.. they really got into my head ... from a clinical point.. It wasnt til months later I started opening up.. and the pieces started to slowly come together |

Bullying is one of the most f-ed up things to go through. I was also bullied.. By my abuser who was abusing me. And one day I "saw red" its actually true. I didnt realize what id done. As he was punching my face like a man I grabbed a butcher knife off counter behind me... I had NO clue . fight or flight... It took 20 to 30 min for me to realize or snap out of it.. Id had enough I suppose.

Talking about past trauma has helped but being forced to talk about it is very difficult. My therapist and I discussed a recent incident a few times and I described the incident to many people. It wasn’t until a few months later that I was able to revisit what had happened and process in a healthy way. I’m sorry for what has happened to you. Talking about it in your own time and in your own way is a step towards healing. Adding a little drama to it has helped me process. I think my actions may have been over dramatic at the time but am glad I know what to do if it were to happen again.
