Recently my body started doing this weird thing where it sort of acts out some sort of situation, and I start feeling things that aren't there. My arms and legs start moving on their own, and my breathing gets really fast and raspy. I can usually snap myself out of it, but then it starts coming back again, and I'm pretty scared. I don't know WTF is going on. I feel like I'm acting out some sort of past memory that I completely forgot, but, even when it's happening, I can't figure out where I am or who I'm with, and I don't even know if it's a memory I have or if I'm just going crazy.

Hello jtaylor: Thank you for sharing your concern here on PC. I see this is your first post. Welcome to Psych Central.
I'm sorry I don't believe there are any insights I can offer with regard to what you are experiencing. Perhaps there will be other PC members who will have some insights they can offer. However since you posted this in the PTSD forum, here's a link to an article, from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of PTSD: Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) | Psych Central I hope you find PC to be of benefit. __________________ "I may be older but I am not wise / I'm still a child's grown-up disguise / and I never can tell you what you want to know / You will find out as you go."
