Some days a fine but today is one of those days where my brain feels overloaded like every noise is like overload to try and listen or concentrate on, on these days I just feel like screaming and I don't drive on these days. For me writing helps the most or praying. Anyone got any tips?

Hi

I am sorry that nobody has hugged your post. I have not been around at all for a while. I also noticed just now that nobody ''clicked'' hugs to your post either. For that I am sorry. Since to some people, a simple hug can mean a lot. It means that another human being has acknowledged our pain, imo. Please know that it is not because nobody cares. I too have been overwhelmed of late. I doubt if I am completely alone in that. And if I am, that is ok too. I have been aware that I have not been as supportive of late (and that is one of the things I am ''good at''... being genuinely supportive, and also listening. Since my foo told me repeatedly I am ''no good and not good at anything'' I do what I can, when I can. Sorry about the long rant.

I hope you're feeling a bit better today. Keep posting if it helps at all.

As you said in your other post, writing definitely helps.

Here on pc, the more you participate, sometimes the more you are likely to receive a response, or a hug. Also, I wonder if you have tried blogging?
