I try and stagger chores and errands by how much I enjoy them. That helps it feel less stressful, and by limiting the stress I feel like I get more done. I also make a point to cancel or postpone...

When I am IP, I do try to get things out of it, but I simply don't. Their goal is to get you to a place where you won't kill yourself the day you get discharged which they are generally successful...

This is what poison control says. According to them you should have someone waken you every 30 minutes until you are awake. There's more specifics in the article. It's unlikely to do great damage...

I took almost 70mg total of 3 different kinds of melatonin. 20 mg of a gummy kind, 24 mg of a fast disolve kind, and 20mg of a maximum strenghth sleep+calm combo.

I am sooo drowsy right now.
