This is what poison control says. According to them you should have someone waken you every 30 minutes until you are awake. There's more specifics in the article. It's unlikely to do great damage...

I took almost 70mg total of 3 different kinds of melatonin. 20 mg of a gummy kind, 24 mg of a fast disolve kind, and 20mg of a maximum strenghth sleep+calm combo.

I am sooo drowsy right now.

Stricter laws about drunk (or drugged) driving. They are too lenient in the US. People get their license back and go straight back to drinking and driving. The way it should be: you were stopped...

Dear Fuzzybear, as difficult as it is for me to think you "awful", I acknowledge you feel so.

I keep thinking what if my husband dies. It's keeping me up at night. I won't be able to stay here. I got Walmart+ again so shopping isn't so hard. Anxiety is eating alive.
