I guess I got rescheduled with the T to the 10th. I'm considering just dropping completely out of treatment forever and using warm lines when they're available and crisis lines when I need to.

The med thing is a valid point, but also after a major manic/psychotic episode the brain does need some time to recuperate and things may seem dull and foggy for a bit.

I've taken that much melatonin before, and while, yeah, it's generally not lethal, it can fk up your sleep cycles as you adjust to not having that much melatonin in your system.
