Maybe you simply exercise at a higher intensity than I do when you listen to audiobooks or podcasts. I do not use them for high intensity workouts.

If youe int he US....they have to diagnose you with somethign for insurance to pay. sometimes at work we will say "adjustment disorder looking to rule out (whatever else they suspect)
