These are my current meds now after the increases in the abilify and Thorazine and the decrease in Zoloft


Abilify - 20mg (up from 15mg)
Trileptal - 1500 mg
Zoloft - 150mg (down from 200mg)...

Walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes on a level 5 incline at 2.6 speed. Trying to also start taking a long walk outside everyday too in addition to the treadmill everyday.

Gotta practice violin...

Pristiq actually has a shell that doesn’t get absorbed. If you thoroughly inspect yer poop when you’re on it (and don’t throw it up), you can find that shell even though the medicine got absorbed.

I had huge EPS issues on loxapine. I had full body muscle tightness, uncontrolled oral movements, and I can't remember what else. I think I had trouble urinating but was able to do so with effort....
