Ever since having my son who is 2 and daughter now 4 months it feels like I just can't be normal. I fear my relationships with them and want to connect. My parents never said positive things to me and never ever expressed emotions and I feel like that is why i keep everything inside and am anti social and depressed now.

Hi Hun it can be hard when your a new mum, relax it will come to you, stay focused for them.

I know it's hard I have more then enough on my plate. But when I look at my kids I can mostly stop my thoughts. We can't let them feel the way we do.

So we have to try be strong together.

I wish my little girl want having a nap right now so she could make me laugh and take my mind off the rage I am feeling.

Hopefully I don't say anything I will regret before she wakes x
