Heart Postpartum Warrior here (Link for helpful blog inside)

Hello all!

I have been battling Postpartum Depression for almost a year now and I wanted to say how proud I am of all the women that are battling through this each and every day. I know some days are so difficult, but never ever feel like giving up is the only option. It's really not.

I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but I do have a blog to help mothers and partners of those with Postpartum Depression and ways to help cope each day. The link is currently displayed in my profile signature.

Please let me know if it has been helpful for you. Or if you'd like a topic spoken about it in the blog.

If you need someone to chat with, I am here.

Hang in there.
