Not me, but my grandmother claims that celexa removes her mild paranoia.

It's an antipsychotic, but risperidone works great for me in controlling my paranoia.

celexa helped a somewhat. trileptal. lamictal. benzodiazepines (the higher potency ones, like klonopin and ativan, seem to help quickly with paranoia and agitation). getting enough sleep, so occasional use of sleeping pills, I suppose. gabapentin, ambien, sonata, restoril...using those for sleep seems to provide a better sleep experience than using a lot of other options ((for me)).
i seem to vaguely remember zoloft helping a bit, for a while. of course, it also ended up causing weight gain, making me apathetic, and tapering was difficult. everyone is different. |

SSRIs like Zoloft, Celexa take weeks to work. Benzodiazepines work immediately.

I was going to suggest gabapentin. A lot of people find it very helpful. Both with paranoia and sleep.

The only thing that has worked for that for me is Seroquel, and obviously, that's an antipsychotic.
Trintellix may have helped it a little bit as well. That's not an antipsychotic. |
