Wow, that article is from 2001, complete with the 3 pixel image. Love it. It seems this drug was never developed or got past stage II testing. : (

Wellbutrin definitely helps in that “department,” for me. It’s been awhile, but I timidly brought “the intimacy issue” up to my pdoc. He was super helpful, emphasizing the importance of intimacy (sex) in relationships. My SSRI was working great, but it killed. Y libido and performance...a two-pronged issue, if that makes sense.

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for years now. It also helps my bipolar depression and it seemed to respond quickly for depressive episodes, i.e., it made a noticeable difference within just two weeks, rather than the 4-6 weeks of SSRIs.
