I know you will basically die if you combine Xanax with Alcohol but what about coffee? I have a feeling that’s not too good either. I take .5 at 6AM and .5 at 2 or 3PM. I know a couple days ago I chugged a Bai water immediately after taking one. The water had just over 70 milligrams of caffeine. I wasn’t feeling too good. I’m sure most of it was anxiety. Part of me wanted to call the poison control center. I’m sure I was over reacting so I just waited it out and I felt better. So should I just get rid of all my caffeine period? I have some 1 liters of brisk which only have 32 milligrams per bottle which I’ve been fine with.

I drink a pot of coffee a day. I have never had an issue with coffee and xanax. They both work fine.

I have combined Xanax and coffee with no problem. Alcohol has sedating properties so I don't think that the concerns about combining alcohol with Xanax apply to coffee/Xanax.

Stimulants affect people in different ways. Like, I could take a Xanax and a Ritalin and people would say they are opposites, but in my system they are not. In other people's systems, they might be. I think the same can be said about caffeine. If someone just gets anxious and jittery from coffee it is not a good idea to drink coffee, with or without Xanax.

I sometimes combine caffeine and Xanax. It's not anything life-threatening like alcohol might be, but I would think the two are not a really good combo, since caffeine is a stimulant and Xanax is taken to calm someone down.
