After one month on cymbalta I had a strong libido now I have no libido and don't find women attractive at all! It's really strange feeling like this. All my life my libido has been strong. I guess I shouldn't complain, I've been fighting depression 40 years and now it is starting to leave. I guess I have to weigh the benefits.

I was on Cymbalta for... oh-h-h... a year or two. (Memory fails me.) I guess I hadn't really thought about it. But now that you mention it, I do think being on Cymbalta probably did contribute to my loss of interest in sex. I had some other things going on at the time as well, though. So it's difficult to say to what extent it was the med. & to what extent it was the other stuff. Regardless, Cymbalta was the best antidepressant (for me) I was ever on. I'm no longer on medications of any sort. But if I were to consider going back on an antidepressant, Cymbalta (or more likely it's generic equivalent) would be at the top of my list.
