So I started back on my meds and over 6 days got to Seroquel 400mg and Lithium 900mg. Then I thought I really didn't need them so stopped them. Didn't think it would be that big of a deal cause I was only on them 6 days. I feel like Hell physically and emotionally I dumped down in the toilet. I don't know if I should just try to hang on so I don't have to do a slow wean off the meds or get some in my system so I feel better and taper but **** I hate that. Im kinda pissed at myself that I 'm in this spot. **** I hate this, I know I am whining but no one knows and I feel like **** so I had to tell someone. ****.

I just got off of lithium and seroquel too. I did a two week taper on the lithium and one month on the seroquel. Minimal side effects from doing it this way YMMV
