Has anyone taken this medication and if you are still taking it, what have you noticed for side effects?

My PMHNP swears that hair loss is not a side effect, but here I am losing hair. I don't really want to stop taking it, as it has been really beneficial.

I've been taking it and I have had 0 side effects from it.

With Lithium, I used to have hair loss though.

Yes and no hair loss. If the hair loss continues, discontinue the Trintellix. If the hair loss ceases then you have your answer. AD's are highly idiosyncratic w.r.t. side effects.

Only follow my suggestion if your healthcare professional is in agreement, of course.
