It's is addictive. If you take it everyday then chances are be prepared for a cooling off period in the not too distant future. But if it helps you through a rough patch, try not look too far ahead. Day by day.

I've tried all the non benzos. Can't remember the names off the top of my head, but GP, emergency room and psych doc tried them all to no avail. Then went on Ativan, valium, klonopin, and finally xanax. Xanax was the best by far. Did the xanax/klonopin shuffle for like 10 years and then dropped all meds completely near November 2018. No bad withdrawal or other misery noted. Had a short scrip to get me through a patch. Currently started Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I didn't know it had anxiety reliving properties. A plus for me IF it does anything at all for the pain...
