In traveling to Japan and my time zone compared to theirs is completely opposite. I take risperadal and lamotrigine I have no idea what to do because if I take it when I normally take it in my country I’d pass out by 10am and sleep all day! How do I shift this? If I don’t take a dose at my scheduled time I get very bad withdrawals...

Maybe you can start shifting your schedule gradually until you get there--and then you'll be "in the zone." Hope you have a great trip!
