Hello,

I am new to your website and I'm impressed with how much information is covered on this website.

I was wanting to ask, does anyone know if it is possible to request a sample of the brand name medication Zoloft?

At one point, I was interested in requesting a sample of Lunesta or Sonata, I can't remember which one allowed consumers to take samples to see how effective they were, or if they both had the option.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Ask the medical professional who is prescribing you medications about this. Given that 'most medications take at least three weeks to reach a level in our body, I don't see how samples would give you a correct result.

My doc told me for SSRIs not to switch brands, I don't understand who those survive who have to switch all the time. Have tried some generics that was my med's evil twin.

Where I live it is a secret how much alike meds must be to be seen as equal. In USA there are numbers, like so and so many percent of the active substance must be in your blood after taking either. What is seen as equal differs so much that the lowest is near half of the highest amount.

If you're stable on an SSRI you might fall ill if you change brands, due to over or undermedication. And my doc said that, not me.
