I have been on Viibryd and Seroquel for around 3-4 months now. Seroquel was at 100 until about a month and a half ago when I was having issues with my bipolar and it was increased to 200 (300 if 200 didnt work in a week).

Lo and behold 200 didn't work for me. We increased to 300 but that made me nearly unresponsive all day and sleeping for 16 hours. Back to 200 I went, still super out of it. Back down to 150 and here I am. I have lost all emotions, I'm extremely "out of it", I'm not able to remember what happened the days prior or even what I've done that day, and I'm sleeping far too much. I have no motivation, no drive, and no passion but I'm not depressed. I'm seeing my psychiatrist soon but I'm not sure what to do. Have any of you all experienced this, what helped?

Feeling "flat" when on antidepressants can be a sign that it is the wrong one or the wrong class. Vibryd is an SSRI and there are others in that class in addition to SNRI's (cymbalta) and tricylcics(like wellbutrin).

Seroquel made me a zombie. I slept all the time and was groggy and half asleep the rest. I remember just really not caring about anything but I don't know if it was flattening my emotions or if I was just so groggy. I had to stop taking it.

You probably just need a different medication if that's how it's affecting you.

the antidepressants that make you flat are only good for when you have no money and want to stay alive longer by reducing suicidal thoughts along with the other stuff SSRIs do
