I’m glad it’s working for you. I’m not a fan of medication either. My last 2 med changes sucked and I quickly went back to the old doses. What works best for me is talk therapy and a low calorie diet and weight loss.

I haven't changed the meds - yet. However, my therapist has suggested I visit this idea with my psychiatrist (whenever I finally get my new one). But I certainly am better. I am sure much of it is the fresh outdoor air and exerting myself doing outdoor activities. Paddling has brought me peace and even sitting at a campfire makes me positively contemplative.

The plus side is that I think more clearly, am less tired through the day, and am sleeping better.

Bonus? I am losing weight! Obviously this is happening as I am being physically active for a change but honestly I think that staving off Depression has resulted in weight loss too.

Glad you are getting natural therapy. I too love nature and hiking in the woods has proven to be very therapeutic for me... Then I hafta go interact with the TV set, and others... My wife is very therapeutic to me also... I've been without ADD meds for a month now, and my brain is feeling it... However, today I started them back again, I just do not care to pay for the steep price copay...
